The collection of cell lines includes several hundred human and animal cell lines, including those obtained from primary tumors at the N.N. Blokhin National Medical Research Center of Oncology, and is constantly replenished.
The monoclonal antibody collection includes a wide range of antibodies for any scientific and manufacturing purposes and research methods. There are several different clones of antibodies for most targets.
Annually more than 30 thousand patients are treated at the N.N. Blokhin National Medical Research Center of Oncology. Most of the patients agree to transfer their biological samples for use in scientific purposes and sign an appropriate informed consent.
Laboratory of "Bioresource collection of cell lines and primary tumors" ("Biocollection") was founded in 2021 on the basis of the N.N. Blokhin National Medical Research Center of Oncology with financial support from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (Agreement No. 075-15-2021-1060 of 28.09.2021).
