Annually more than 30 thousand patients are treated at the N.N. Blokhin National Medical Research Center of Oncology. Most of the patients agree to transfer their biological samples for use in scientific purposes and sign an appropriate informed consent.

Clinical samples are provided in strict accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, without disclosure of personal data.

Most of the clinical samples were analyzed by various genetic and immunochemical methods. There are data on significant mutations and expressed markers. It is possible to obtain information on the treatment performed and the response to it.

Additional characterization of clinical samples is performed upon request, including high-throughput sequencing followed by bioinformatic data analysis.
Sample preparation of clinical samples can be carried out for specific scientific tasks as cell and tissue lysates, cell suspensions, paraffin blocks, samples for genetic analysis.
