- Subculture procedure:
- 2 -3 times a week depending on cell density, maintain a density of 3-9 x 100 000 cells/mL, split ratio 1:5

- DMEM, fetal bovine serum 40%, DMSO 10 %, ≥1×10⁶ cells per ampoule
- Viability after cryopreservation:
- ≥ 90% (trypan blue staining at passage zero)
