Multipotent blasts K-562

cell line / Homo sapiens / Chronic myeloid leukemia (multipotent hematopoietic malignant cells that spontaneously differentiate into recognizable precursors of the erythrocytic, granulocytic, and monocytic lineages).

How to order?
Animal species:
Human, Homo sapiens.
Origin:
Chronic myeloid leukemia
Age:
elderly person
Tissue:
Bone marrow
Morphology:
lymphoblast, suspension
Histological diagnosis:
Chronic myeloid leukemia (multipotent hematopoietic malignant cells that spontaneously differentiate into recognizable precursors of the erythrocytic, granulocytic and monocytic lineages).
Carcinogenesis:
spontaneous from pleural effusion during blast crisis
Tumoroids obtained:
yes
Subcutaneous growth:
yes
Molecular profile:
CD7 (25%), isoenzymes AK-1, ES-D, G6PD, GLO-I, Me-2, PGM1, PGM3.Expression of bcr/abl
Karyology:
The stemline chromosome number is triploid, with the 2S component occurring in 4.2% of cases. Fifteen markers (M1 and M(15)) were present in almost all S-metaphases. Spontaneous nonspecific dicentric changes occurred, but rarely. Unstable markers were also rare. X was disomic and N9 was nullisomic. The Philadelphia chromosome occurs less often. was not detected in any of the 15 metaphases examined.
Contamination control:
not detected
Viral infection:
Epstein-Barr nuclear antigen not detected
Species identity control:
karyological, isoenzyme (LDH and G6PD) and immunofluorescence analysis.
Application area:
oncology, 3D cell culture, Study of immune system pathology, Immunology
Culture method:
in vitro partially adhesion, in vivo (see Appendix 1).
In vitro culture conditions:
medium – IMEM fetal bovine serum 10%. passaging procedure - cell detachment using trypsin 0.25 %: Versene 0.02 % (1:3), split ratio 1:3 -1:5 cryopreservation – growth medium 65%, 5% DMSO, 30% fetal bovine serum (see Appendix 1).
Physical state of the sample:
frozen.
Cryopreservation:
liquid phase and nitrogen vapor (see Appendix 1).
Viability after cryopreservation:
94% (trypan blue staining after thawing).
History:
J. Ponten and associates from 1966 -1969 , Allen, 2016.
Collections:
A.P. Avtsyn Research Institute of Human Morphology, Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "B.V. Petrovsky Russian Scientific Center of Surgery", ATCC.
Patent, certificate:
no
Note:
transfection is possible, highly sensitive target in vitro for natural killer analysis. studies confirmed that this is human erythroleukemia. Others indicate that (erythro, myelo, lympho oncoproliferation).
Intended use:
these samples are intended for laboratory research only.
